This is the story of how I used the general narrative around AI, innovation and emerging technologies to get platform developers, potential partners and their clients interested in Watson Workspace. Here are some of the insights I will focus on:

• Everybody has a transformation agenda these days. Teams from HR to Innovation are being asked to experiment with AI, which to them still feels like a big scary animal. But not Watson Workspace. Cognitive summarisation and tone analysis are easy to understand. They feel closer to home. Learn why customers find them exciting.
• Internal comms has long been the unsung hero of IT deployments.I developed ideas how this function can support the introduction of AI and used them to pave the way for cognitive collab and Workspace.
